If your purchase does not fit we will be happy to refund as long as you inform us upon receipt of your purchase. Return the unworn item to us with tags still attached. This must be done within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. You can do this by emailing us on hgoodwin06@aol.com or calling our shop 01702 477464.

 We do not refund on postage.

 PLEASE NOTE

If your order is not in stock and is sent out as a special order direct from our supplier we normally charge a £10 fee for any of the returned items. This is to cover the additional delivery charge that we have had to pay the supplier. (This is normally the "a" cup sizes which we do not hold in stock in our shop, measured customers are rarely this size!  (White shoes are also classed as special orders)

Your briefs will be posted in sealed tissue with a sticker attached, once this sticker is broken or removed then no refunds will be given on the briefs unless the goods are faulty.

We do not refund on breast enhancers.
